Description

ICAO, Convention on International Civil Aviation, Annex 9 (4.28) Recommended Practice. "Procedures should be developed for the submission of pre-import information to Customs prior to arrival of cargo in order to facilitate the processing of entries."

WCO, Revised Kyoto Convention, General Annex, Chapter 3 Standard 25. “National legislation shall make provision for the lodging and registering or checking of the Goods declaration and supporting documents prior to the arrival of the goods.”
